imondi x Project | Heritage By Madison
Locate at BFC, South Bund of Shanghai, Heriage by Madison restaurant is a modern shared plates restaurant.
Dedicated to the colored heritage of multiple award-wining chef/owner Austin Hu, Heritage By Madison serves Couisine that draws inspiration from his childhood throughout Asia as well as his training and travels in the west.
The space is airy and light and cladded with rattan frames up to the high ceilings, mainly uses a warm yellow color and has a chic design.
The restaurant has 3 main areas - cocktail bar, dining area, and open concept kitchen.
The open concept kitchen is located right at the entrance, which is where Austin and his old friends like to hang out. Right in front of the kitchen is a row of bar seats that we reckon is the best place in the house.
The floor selected was imondi's Sevilla, from our Black & White collection.
