Hospitality project in Shanghai, floored with imondi Titan Collection, Cronus.
Jean-Georges Shanghai, at Three on the Bund, was the chef's first signature restaurant outside New York. It re-opened in April 2016 after a complete redesign by Neri & Hu, who restored the heritage building's original wood and plasterwork and then added new elements. 500 m² of imondi Titan Collection planks, in a custom colour, run through the reception and dining areas. The interiors won Interior Design magazine's Best of Year award for fine dining in 2016.
