Hospitality project in Shanghai, China, floored with imondi Exotic Reclaimed Collection, reclaimed wood panels.
Mercato is Jean-Georges Vongerichten's rustic Italian restaurant at Three on the Bund. Neri & Hu's 1,000 m² design recalls the industrial Bund of the early 1900s and a street-side market, with steel-mesh boxes, recycled wood canopies and framed panels of imondi reclaimed wood. The banquettes along the dining room are made from imondi's Exotic Reclaimed Collection.
